- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Sultanate of Oman, 1984-1986.
- Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to USA from 1987-1989 and non-resident Ambassador in Mexico and Venezuela.
