Doha/(QNA) 01 May 2012/ HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to King Juan Carlos I of Spain on the successful surgery he underwent recently.
