Doha/(QNA) 21 May 2012/ HE Director of the Diplomatic Institute at the Foreign Ministry Dr. Hassan bin Ibrahim Al Mohannadi and Director of the Moroccan Academy for Diplomatic Studies Dr. Badr Eddine Allali signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two institutions. The MoU covers areas of cooperation between both parties, exchange of information and lessons on training programs for diplomacy, exchange of publications and books released in the areas of mutual interest to both parties as well as the organization of courses, meetings, and the establishment of joint programs for basic and specialized training to develop vocational rehabilitation. The memo also provides exchange of trainees in order to improve their professional skills, exchange of lecturers, experts and researchers in the areas of mutual interest as well as exchange of technology related to education and scientific research, and encouragement for meetings and consultations on issues of mutual interest with the participation of officials in the two foreign ministries and members of the faculty and students from both sides.
