Doha/ (QNA)22 May 2012/ HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to President of Yemen Abd Rabbuh Mansour Hadi on the occasion of his country's National Day.
