Doha/ (QNA) 10 June 2012/ HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulation of the President of Portugal on the occasion of his country's National Day.
