Doha/(QNA)24 June 2012/ HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to Dr. Mohamed Morsy on his victory in Egypt's presidential election.
