Doha/(QNA)05 July 2012/ HE the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabor Al Thani has sent a cable of congratulations to the Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of his country's National Day.
