Doha/(QNA)/07 August 2012/ HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani issued today the Decree No. 51 of 2012 ratifying the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Albania, signed in Tirana on 18/10/2011. The MoU shall have the force of law in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution. HH the Emir also issued Decree No. (52) of 2012 ratifying the Convention on avoidance of double taxation between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, signed in Doha on 25/12/2003. The convention shall have the force of law in accordance with Article (68) of the Constitution. The Decrees are effective from the date of their issuance and are to be published in the Official Gazette.
