Ottawa/QNA/4 February 2010/ H.E. Qatar's Assistant Foreign Minister for Follow-up Affairs Mohamed Abdullah Al Rumaihi, currently visiting Canada, met here separately with Canadian Deputy Foreign Minister for Europe, Middle East and Arab Maghreb Affairs Carmen Sylvain and the Director-General for relations with the Middle East and the Gulf John Holmes. H.E. the Assistant Foreign Minister also met with a number of Canadian officials. Talks during the meetings dealt with issues of common concern and means of enhancing bilateral relations in all domains. The meetings were attended by H.E. Qatar's Ambassador to the United States, who is also accredited to Canada, Ali Bin Fahad Al-Hajri and members of the accompanying delegation.
